Agreement for using Tider
01 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, downloading, installing, or using Tider or any associated services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of the application immediately.
You represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you are using Tider on behalf of an organization or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
02 Description of Service
Tider is a mobile application that provides creative tools and AI-powered features for generating, editing, and enhancing digital content. The specific features and functionality available may be modified, updated, or discontinued at any time as we continue to develop and improve the service.
We strive to maintain reliable and uninterrupted access to Tider, but we cannot guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with or without prior notice.
03 Account Responsibilities
Certain features of Tider may require you to create an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account, whether or not you have authorized such activities. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account information.
04 User Content and Ownership
You retain ownership of all content that you submit, upload, or create using Tider. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights in your content to us. However, by using the service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, transmit, and display your content as reasonably necessary to provide and operate the features of Tider.
You are solely responsible for the content you submit through Tider. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit such content and that your content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights of any third party.
05 Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use Tider in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and in a manner that does not harm or disrupt the service or other users. Specifically, you agree not to:
- Engage in illegal activity: Use Tider for any unlawful purpose or to facilitate illegal conduct by others.
- Harm or exploit others: Harass, threaten, bully, or create content that harms, exploits, or endangers any individual.
- Infringe on rights: Use Tider to create, share, or distribute content that violates copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other intellectual property or legal rights.
- Interfere with the service: Attempt to hack, spam, overload, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to Tider, its systems, or its users' data.
- Mislead or deceive: Use Tider to create deepfakes, impersonate others, or spread misleading or harmful misinformation.
We reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or restrict access to the service for violations of this policy, at our sole discretion.
06 Intellectual Property Rights
Tider, including the application software, branding, logos, designs, user interfaces, and all related materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms of Service grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for its intended purpose.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of any part of Tider without our explicit written permission.
07 Third-Party Services
Tider may include links to, or integrations with, third-party websites, services, or platforms such as app stores, payment processors, and social media services. We do not control these third-party services and are not responsible for their content, functionality, or privacy practices.
Your use of any third-party services is at your own risk and subject to the terms and policies of those respective providers. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services you access through Tider.
08 Disclaimer of Warranties
Tider is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that Tider will meet your requirements, operate without interruption, be error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so this limitation may not apply to you.
09 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of Tider, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall our total aggregate liability for all claims arising from or related to Tider exceed the amount you have paid to us (if any) for use of the service during the twelve-month period preceding the claim.
10 Modifications to Terms
We may update or modify these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, features, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you through the application or other appropriate means.
Your continued use of Tider after the effective date of the revised terms constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you should discontinue use of the application.
